About me

I’m Hayley. I spent eight years as a veterinary nurse before starting P3 in 2016, working with animals for over 20 years.

P3 stands for Positivity, Play and Praise, and that’s how I work: kind, fair and fun, for you and your dog.

I’m an IMDTB Qualified & Approved Dog Behaviourist and a Charter Member of the UK Dog Behaviour & Training Charter. So whether your dog needs new skills or help with something deeper, you’re in the right place.

Training or behaviour: which do you need?

Training teaches your dog new skills: loose lead walking, recall, puppy manners. Behaviour work gets to the root of problems like reactivity, anxiety, fear or aggression, where the why matters as much as the what.

Not sure which you need? You don’t have to be. As a qualified trainer and IMDTB-approved behaviourist, I cover both, and we’ll work out the right path together.

What I offer

  • Pre-puppy visits: get off on the right paw, with everything you need before your puppy arrives, from diet and sleep to training.
  • Puppy training at home: one-to-one sessions in your own home, covering all the basics.
  • One-to-one training: help with specific skills like loose lead walking or recall, in packages of three, four or five sessions.
  • Behaviour consultations: for reactivity, anxiety, fear or aggression. A free intro call, a plan built around your dog, and support face to face or on Zoom.
